Rental Policies

  • $250 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.  This amount is included in the total rental fee which includes the rental amount, cleaning  fee, and taxes.
  • We accept cash and checks only!
  • The balance is due at the time of arrival and will picked up at the property location by the property owner.
  • No pets are allowed
  • Guests must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions by the property manager during their stay
  • The Vacation Rental is suitable for children.  Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
  • Be please respectful of the neighbors in regards to noise
  • The Pool (if applicable) is only to be used during posted pool hours.  All pools rules must be followed
  • No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
  • Smoking is NOT permitted inside the vacation rentals
  • Propane and charcoal grills will be provided
  • Please report any damages or repairs needed to the property manager
  • Bath towels are provide, please bring your own beach towels
  • Trash cans are provided, please roll the trash bin to the end of the driveway before departure
  • Turn off all the lights, close the windows and turn the AC to 78 degrees before leaving
  • Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am unless arrangements are made with the property manager.
  • Breach of any rules may result in termination to occupy and to evict from Vacation Rental.
